A publishing deal involves an extensive partnership between you, the artist, and Society Music, LLC. In addition to administration duties, we also have a role creatively, offering services such as songwriting collaborations, marketing support, and opportunities for placements in films, TV shows, commercials, and other media. In exchange for these services, we do acquire an agreed percentage of your copyrights, sharing the revenue generated by your music.
ADMINISTRATION DEALS
An administration deal involves partnering with Society Music, LLC. solely for administrative purposes. In this arrangement, you, the artist, retain ownership of your copyrights while granting us the right to manage certain aspects of your music catalog. This typically includes tasks such as collecting royalties, licensing your music for various uses, and handling paperwork related to your copyrights. Essentially, Society Music, LLC. acts as a facilitator, streamlining administrative tasks while allowing you to maintain creative control and ownership of your music.
